Our initial queries taught us something valuable: while we saw thoughtful engagement from data specialists familiar with SOC codes and tracking methodologies, we recognize that this language isn’t always familiar with our broader tech community, who are essential in this important conversation.
Key insight: The feedback we received, including the 77.8% uncertainty rate in our second query, is guiding us toward clearer data insight strategies that will engage every corner of KC's tech ecosystem.
