An initiative of the KC Tech Council, KC TechBridge is building a tech hiring Center of Excellence to reduce structural barriers, support skills-based hiring, and expand access to family-supporting careers that advance economic mobility for Kansas City residents.
With funding from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the project has embarked on a three-year, first-of-its-kind endeavor to rebuild the bridge from learner to worker so that successfully launching a tech career in KC is possible for everyone.
